The split frame KDSI-SR-G ensures permanently reliable sealing thanks to advanced 2-component injection molding technology. In this process, the gasket is directly molded onto the frame during production and permanently bonded to the glass fiber-reinforced polyamide.

The injected 2K gasket combines a dimensionally stable frame made of glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide with an elastic TPE sealing material. This creates a seamless, captive gasket that adapts perfectly to mounting surfaces and provides reliable protection against dust, moisture, and environmental influences
