The split frame KDSI-SR-G ensures permanently reliable sealing thanks to advanced 2-component injection molding technology. In this process, the seal is directly molded onto the frame during production and permanently bonded to the glass fiber-reinforced polyamide.

The injected 2K seal made of elastic TPE forms a seamless, captive unit. It adapts perfectly to the mounting surface and provides reliable protection against dust, moisture, and environmental influences.

Advantages of the injected 2K seal:

• Permanent bond between frame and seal

• No shifting or loss of the seal during installation

• Uniform compression and high sealing performance IP66

• Fast installation without additional sealing measures

This technology ensures a high protection rating and long-term operational reliability – ideal for demanding industrial applications.
