The SPS smart production solutions trade fair will take place in Nuremberg from 12 to 14 November 2024.

We will be using the trade fair as an opportunity to present two new product ranges from our consistently growing portfolio of cable management systems.

One example is our new innovative KDS-BS and KDS-BC cable entry system featuring brush seals.

We will also be presenting our first split frame solution, the inverse cable entry system with split frame KDS-SR-G, which is currently patent pending. All components of the KDS modular system, including inlays and sealing elements, are fully compatible for use in the new split frame solution.

The KDS-BS and KDS-BC cable entry system offers an optimum solution for applications that do not require a high level of tightness. The two-part, latching brush seal provides protection against dust and draughts, offers thermal insulation and creates a visual seal 

for the insertion of cables, both with and without plugs. The innovative KDS-BS and KDS-BC system enables cables to be fed through network cabinets, switch boxes and control cabinets as well as in raised floors. The KDS-BS is mounted by screwing on or the KDS-BC by means of integrated plastic expanding rivets. The two frame halves can be mounted before or after the cable entry on the enclosure.

The inverted and modular KDSI-SR-G cable entry system offers the perfect solution for cable management for control cabinets, enclosures and machines, offering maximum flexibility and time savings as well as the secure sealing of cables with and without connectors. The two-part screw frames enable service-friendly and flexible assembly from the outside to the inside. The screwless, horizontally latching frame halves lock into place using a dovetail solution and are fitted with a double overlapping TPE seal, overlapping TPE seal. This ensures tightness in accordance with protection class IP66.
